Bakomax follows a very transparent Return & Refund policy

Returns/Refund would be applicable in the following scenarios :

1. Wrong item is sent– If the Model received is different from what is shown in the picture or if there is a difference in technical specifications, Bakomax offers a full (no questions asked) replacement/refund as requested by the customer. However the incident has to be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product
with supporting images & videos. However for Machines, Equipment, Spares or Accessories the colour of the product might vary depending on the Manufacturing upgrades.

2. Item Damage – In case there is damage to the product, Bakomax offers a full (no-questions asked) Replacement or Refund whatever is requested by the customer. However the damage has to be reported to the Bakomax Support team within 72 hours of receiving the product with supporting photos & videos.

3. Defective/ Incomplete Product Received – In case of a defective product, Bakomax offers full Refunds, Replacement or Availability of Spare parts/Missing piece (If applicable) whatever is requested by the customer. The defects have to be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product with supporting images & videos.

Returning Goods :

After obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, the product can be returned to us. Most items can be returned for a refund within 5 days of delivery and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery

Refund Process :

  • In case of pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through a payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in the same account of the customer from where the customer has paid the transaction amount.
